1956 Topps Checklists
Can anyone confirm they have ever seen these two checklists on an uncut sheet? There is a credible story, relayed by someone whose opinion I trust and value, that they were inserted in the place of two other cards (Bob Cerv) and Charley Neal) on what I gather was the second run of the sheet. I have never seen a miscut checklist card that shows what was adjacent but always thought the checklists were printed separately and inserted into the packs.
I have seen the sheet with Cerv and Neal but no one can confirm the sheet with the checklists in place. Cerv and Neal are thought of as shortprints in the Standard Catalog and Beckett.
