SGC Oversized Cards
Maybe a stupid question but are T201 and T202 cards considered oversized by SGC?

Not in the extra cost sense. They slab those cards in their postcard sized slabs at the same price as standard cards. It is oversized [overpriced] when you go to the big slabs.
