Real or Fake - Willard Cobb

I have a friend who owns a small shop, mostly newish stuff...he had a walk-in and bought this last week. I know nothing about the issue...stock was not real coarse, the type and borders were a little blurry...but for all I know that's the way it is supposed to be. Thoughts?
