Two vintage minor league All-Star Game wrist watches
1st watch is Norm Siebern's 1957 American Association All-Star Game wrist watch. Siebern was the Sporting News minor league player of the year that year. Playing for the Denver Bears (The Yankees AAA affiliate). Siebern, in 548 at bats, had a .349 batting average, a.443 on base percentage, a .617 slugging percentage and an OPS of 1.059. Siebern led the American Association that year in batting avg. .349, runs scored 124, hits 191, doubles 45, triples 15, slugging pct. .617, OPS 1.059, and total bases 338.....WOW!
2nd Watch is a ladies watch marked "Carolina League All-Star Game 1954.
The Siebern watch does not run. The winder just turns freely. It does move the hands when pulled out. I have not had it checked for repair.
The ladies watch does run. It has a crack in the plastic crystal.
I will consider reasonable offers. I will include Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation.
The Siebern watch has a 10k RGP (I think that means Rolled Gold Plate) bezel.
I will take $125.00 plus shipping
