1957 Hall of fame item

Any help in identifying this? It has a wheel that you turn and it shows player at the window in the top, has facts about the player beneath the name and shows position in the middle with the teams at the bottom. Different players throughout DIMaggio, Cobb, Ott, Honus etc. Different players on each side.Copyrighted 1957. Nice item in nice shape. Any help appreciated

With all of the knowledge on here no one has ever seen one? Any help in identifying or direction would be appreciated

Obviously an item given out by Creami-Rich...a quick google search indicated that one sold last year in a Bricol Sports auction for $30...it was in lesser condition than yours. Not much else on google so I'd say they're probably pretty scarce...however they probably have a pretty limited demand.
