OT -- 1970s Phillies Roster info needed
A good friend of mine is one of the Washington Nationals' lesser known coaches. He swears he was on the Philllies' 40-man roster some time in 1977 and/or 1978, as a pitcher, maybe only during Spring Training of each of those years.
I've been trying to help him find documentation of the Phillies' rosters during that period, sothat he can show the doubters that it was true. So, can anyone direct me to a place/person who would have documents (Spring Training scorecards, media guides, etc.), that might show the 40-man roster of the Phillies in 1977 and/or 1978? Thanks!!!
