Looking at his other items for sale - lots of high end pieces. The Gretzky OPC rookie looks fake to me though.

The tell-tale clue is the paper loss on the back in the upper left-hand area (under "100").
All the reprinted E90-1 cards have a marking in this spot on their backs. In this case it was scratched off. Furthermore (not detectable on this scan), is that these reprints are somewhat smaller in size when com- pared to an original E90-1 card. TED Z |

Thnkyou fleaBay for making it so much easier for these losers.
I know, I'll buy a fake then sell my original!; http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...253D&viewitem= He's got a counterfeit Great One as well. Im not savvy with modern, but this one is also really obvious. Shortly, a DeLong Gehrig, SK Thorpe, E95 Wagner and the Stilt's r/c will also be available. I'll play, time to sign in. Creasing with brighter white toning then the rest of the "wear" always seems fake to me.

I wonder if all the autographs he has up for auction, are fake as well.
I know he says they are Steiner, but who could trust this dude. |

I noticed one of the sellers he's buying from only sells reprints. This is where the big problem is. Doesn't Topps still own copyright to these images? If so, Ebay should not be allowed to sell these unauthorized reprints. I realize it's probably not worth the money spent to go after these sellers, but people are losing money on these every day and Ebay needs to be more responsible.
