1910 Chicago Cubs World Champions Calendar Premium - BIG PRICE REDUCTION

Unfortunately, I just had root canal and need to sell a few things to pay for it. This is a 1910 Chicago Cubs World Champions "Chicago Examiner" Calendar Premium.

I purchased this item a few years ago from a fellow board member. An identical one sold in the December 2007 Legendary Auction for just over $1,000. Of course, that one was in considerably better shape.

This premium measures 10" x 14" and is on a somewhat thick paper stock. It features four Hall of Famers (Tinker, Evers, Chance and M. Brown). It says "Compliments of the Chicago Examiner - Monarch of the Dailies" at the bottom.

There is an obvious piece missing from the bottom right corner. Other than this it is in good shape with some creasing and edge wear. Someone has reinforced the reverse with tape quite some time ago.

The Cubbies finished in first place in 1910 with an amazing 104-50 record. They lost to the Athletics in the World Series.
