Hello fellow collectors,
Wanted to see if anyone could give me any advice with a framing project. I have a panoramic photo that I want to get framed that has been stored rolled probably for the last 70 years. I have got panoramics framed before, but by the time I received them, they had been pressed flat. I expect some of those cracks from the flattening out of the photo during framing, but I want to try to limit that as much as possible. Should I go straight from the rolled photo to the framer; or should I try to less it flat with books on top to try to flatten it out prior to the framing. Anyone have any experience with getting these rolled guys flat? thanks KJ |
