Offered is a Gem Mint 1938 World Series Press Pin of the New York Yankees. This is from an epic Yankees World Champions Season (and Lou Gehrig's final World Series!)

Condition is vibrant and unimprovable, and the design is ornate and fantastic. The photos tell the story. The reverse is marked Dieges & Clust, and the original screw post and Nut are included.

A great opportunity to acquire this piece for less than you would pay at auction. Price is $479 (which includes shipping/insurance). If it doesn't sell by Sunday evening, it's going to Hunt's!

There is an example in the current Hunt Live Auction (Lot 224). The condition of the Hunt's example is comparable to the one listed for sale here. Please note that Hunt's pre-auction estimate is $1,000 - $1,200, with an opening bid of $300.
