Voskamp's Wagner on eBay - assume it was a reprint?

This Voskamp's Wagner sold on eBay earlier today - based on the seller's feedback (reprints in the past) and the card's very similar crease to the SGC 40 REA sold in the past, what else should one look for to detect a reprint on this card? Has this been widely reprinted? Maybe I just haven't seen them before and missed the obvious, but I wasn't aware of reprints with this set.
