Rare 1st Edition American Card Catalogue J.R. Burdick
The first ever edition of the book that started it all. Rare 1953 American Card Catalogue covers everything from baseball cards to silks, blankets, rugs, coffee, soda, candy, cigars, and even the Bible. No '52 Bowman's. The catalogue (subtitled "A Gateway to Enchantment of days gone by" on page 1) is VG-EX, with familiar cover of a maiden spewing a cornucopia of cards. As tough to find as some of the cards inside. Description from Auction. The last sale that I know of was 2006 Gaynor Lelands Internet auction. Sold for $457.00 which included buyers premium. Price $350.00 includes shipping and insurance.
