I have an identical A's team set with Catfish Hunter so it has to be 1965 or later.

You can only tell the year by the players so just look up each player and see when they played for the bucs, hope you have a player that only played one year for them.

As far as value, I have seen a set go for $20 on up to $100, depending on condition and year (63 with stargell rookie would be on the high side).
