Default WANTING - 1951 Topps Connie Mack's All Stars GROVER CLEVELAND ALEXANDER

I am new to the new forums, but I did post occasionally on the old forum. I am also a frequent poster on PSA.

I collect Cardinals team sets going back to 1948. Of course, the Topps test issues will be a never ending project. I recently found out the the 1951 Topps Connie Mack's All Stars ALEXANDER card featured him in a Cardinals uniform. I am looking for low to mid grade. There is one on Ebay now, but it is priced at 3x latest VCP. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

that vcp guy has all the good deals.

I'd sell you my sgc 60 for a strong price, but I can't compete with that guy nor that smr dude.

that card is particularily tough to get in better than vg/ex because almost all of the G.C.A. cards have a funky cut aross the top edge
appearing askew and almost trimmed.

The last one that sold on Ebay was a PSA 4 and it went for $102. The one on Ebay right now looks like it would grade out at about a 3 or a 4. He wants $300 for it. I would probably give it eventually, but I want to be a little more patient.

The most recent PSA 2 (on VCP) sold for $104. The most recent PSA 4 sold for $285. Here is an extra one that I have (which happens to be the most recent PSA 4 from VCP):

I would want $300 delivered for the card.

Thanks for the correction. I was thinking that the VCP was a PSA 4. Sorry about the confusion.

Here is the link to the one on Ebay. What would you guys say - 3 or 4? I would much rather have yours, David. Maybe this one on Ebay would just be a 3. I will definitely keep your offer in mind. If I don't find one that satisfies me in the next couple of weeks, I may bite on yours. Thanks for posting.
