Default Net54 contest for Philadelphia Caramel book
Hi folks,
Our board member Erik Varon has just finished a book on the Philadelphia Caramel company and it is ready for release. He wants to have a board contest to give one away, which I think is great. So we will do our normal guess the ending price of an ebay auction for it. Also, he is going to post a seperate thread with other details on how to order a book etc... They are going to be $12.99 and approx. $2.41 for 1st class shipping. He is going to take orders from the board post he will do later today. If someone buys one (I know I will be) and wins the contest, they will get their money refunded. So don't be afraid to buy one as you might win one, we have you covered. I will let Erik explain more about the book when he does his thread, or posts here. I believe it will take about 2 weeks for the books to come in, from time of order, and he is going to try to get a gauge on how many to order from folks from the board saying they want one. Please don't put any addresses on the board...you will have plenty of info on how to order them. So, this contest will be about 6-7 days (we have plenty of time) and ya'll know the rule...closest to the ending price, not including any fees or shipping, wins. All bids must be in this thread and bids will be allowed until July 1st at 4pm PST. One edit per post, one post per member....and a tie goes to the first one to guess the winning bid....
