Hello all. I usually lurk on the pre war board, but thought maybe I could get some help here. I recently purchased a small group of 1963 Fleer baseball and when I measured them all of them were just a hair short of what I believe they are supposed to measure at 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". I immediately assumed they were trimmed as the cards are very sharp and my experience with Topps is that if they meaure short they are almost always trimmed. Being curious I measured two raw 63 Fleers that I already own and one PSA graded 63 Fleer that I have. One of the raw ones measured correctly and the other was short. The PSA graded card measured short as well. Do these cards have a reputation for varying in size an unaltered state? Thanks for any and all help. |
