1954 redman cards without bottom tab. How does it affect the value?

I was just wondering how not having the bottom tab affects the value of the card. Enen if the card is mint otherwise. |

it kills them...about 25% of NM with tab. so if card is NM WITH TAB sells for $100.00 then w/o tab it's worth about $25.00. kind of like a trimmed card value |
