I doubt that you will find one for less. An Emil Verban 1948 Bowman PSA 8 just sold at auction on eBay tonight (July 15, 2008) for $213.02 delivered. Here's the link to that auction...

I saw an eBay auction before that for the same card go off above $200 as well. That's how I based the value of my card. These '48 Bowman short prints are tough cards to get in PSA 8. Good luck finding one for less though.
