Yeah, I agree. We've seen those funky fronts on ebay recently...it was a blue-backgrounded card, though I can't remember the player. |

When the corners on the actual cards wear, the color of the paper loss or wear stays close to the original color of the card. With the reprint the corners have been artificially rounded recently and haven't had time to fade so they look darker around the edges. |

Unfortunately Sully these things happen all the time. A favorite trick of estate auctions is to bring reprints to the sale, and then claim they were found while cleaning out the attic. Bidders then assume they are old cards that have been in the house for decades. |
