They probably were, because the photographer was Warren who operated in Boston. But this is a later group of Lowell players, long past their heydey of the mid- 1860's. |

The Lowell (MA) Clippers were in existence in the 1860s-70's, I believe. I have no idea what their uniforms looked like, however. The address on the back does state 89 Merrimack St. in Lowell, too. |
