Default EBAY GONE MAD!

Posted By: Jason Duncan

As alot of you know, lately with new ebay feedback policies they have really screwed some sellers. As a result of some malicious buying lately, and some unwarranted negs lately, I was suspended from ebay until further notice. I have spoken with them about the situation and caught them in a bag of many conradictions. I do not have time this morning to go into the details, but will post my latest issue.

I recently purchased an item from fellow member David Rosenberg on ebay 1888 N29 Queckenberger GAI 3. I promptly paid David a refund from an item he won from me that I accidentally sent to PSA from a previous auction. Anyway I included payment for the Queckenberger on 5/27.08 Check #5535 and sent it returned receipt. He signed and sent it back to me acknowledging payment. Quite a bit later on I recieve the card. I am sad to report today that David filed a non- paying bidder strike against me on ebay to get his fees back even though I paid for the item. It saddens me that he did this knowing that while suspended I have no recourse. I cannot even properly dispute the item until I am back on. He knew this and took advantage. I would reccommend that David (collect_abit) Make it right and remove the strike.

I reccommend all buyers beware of this type of malice. In the meantime you may see alot of my nice stuff enter the B/S/T threads here soon.

Jason
