1933 Goudey..real or reprint???

Just picked this up last week for under $50. It's my 1st Goudey so just wanted opinions if it's real or not....no reason not to think so, just being my 1st one I thought I'd get opinions.

The slight discoloration on the back seems to be consistent with other Goudeys that I own or have seen.
