Southern League T206 Blank Backs

I have recently seen a lot with t206 southern leaguers that have blank backs...? they are claimed to be authentic but I have never seen anything like this before.. can anyone help me out..?

hmmm...they look handcut but i can't tell from just looking at the backs...i HAVE seen bb SL'ers b4.
