"Phantom" BIN on Ebay

I am bidding on an auction that displays no BIN. However, when the item displays in My Ebay it shows a BIN price? Is this something new or just another Ebay fubar? Item is from a solid seller, nothing weird.

I may be wrong on this, but I think this happens when an item originally has a BIN, but that BIN goes away when someone elects to enter a regular bid on the item instead of the BIN option.
