You are correct. It's a reprint/fake, IMO. I saw another like it a few years ago with the same "Rd" printed on back and perfectly centered. It had the "wrong" paper stock and print as well.

Good pick-up, Matt. I looked at it this morning and thought that it did not look right. I do not collect that particular card so I am not an expert but the color tint looked too blue instead of the usual gray.
