NSCC files for Chapter 11

The current SCD has an article that states that NSCC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The scan of the article that I posted earlier was removed.

You could get into trouble for posting scans of current magazine pages like that.

Links to an article are usually allowed without any issue on the internet and especially in this room. I would, personally, think the same issue comes up for those seemingly weekly NY Daily News stories.
