Using a PSA number to find out about a card

Sorry, this has probably been mentioned or discussed many times before, but

There is someone on eBay who lists quite a few cards, gives a scan of the front, but never says anything about the back. When I have e-mailed them in the past, they get very defensive, say they didn't grade the card, PSA did and they don't know why it may have been given a MC or MK disclaimer, or why it's a 3 not a 7, etc.. Then they give the PSA number.

Is there any way to use that PSA number on the PSA website to actually see the card, or get a better description of what might be good/bad about the card?
