I would like to make a first time aquisition of a Ruth card. The 1933 Goudey issues are really not that rare and very expensive. A 1920's Ruth card is my focus - but which one ? |

This one is from the 1930s, but it's cheap. |

I still would go for a Goudey Ruth. Just because a card is common doesn't make it bad. A Goudey Ruth is one of the most recoginizable cards in the hobby and is more attractive IMHO than his 1920s issues. |
