Default E100 Bishop and Company...why didnt more people bid?

I am trying to understand why there weren't stronger bids for this...I was the underbidder, and I didn't expect to come anywhere close. But the third bidder was a good bit behind. I thought this was a rare issue ...so why so low? because it was that bad off-center?
