Desiccants

I recently purchased a new new safe for some of my cards. I saw in previous posts that people seemed to like a safe that Home Depot sold, with a combo key/digital lock. I looked at the safe at Home Depot and purchased it. It came with 2 desiccant packets to absorb the moisture in the air, but I must have thrown them out accidentally. My question is, where can I buy a few extra packets of these? Any info is appreciated.

Depending on your safe's size, one of these should work fine. They have an indicator on them that let's you know when it's time to bake them out for re-use.

Dessicants also emanate gases, which could do more harm than good. An environmental hygeinist recommended putting cotton towels in your safe or storage area to absorb the moisture. Also, buying a hygrometer (humidity meter) is a good investment. The humidity in your storage area, ideally, should be between 40-70%.
