I think it's an '11-12 C59/Imperial Tobacco card - basically the lacrosse counterpart to the C55 hockey series. Centering notwithstanding, this one looks nicer than what you typically see with this issue. Still, they're not all that valuable - I'm guessing this one would run about $25-35, tops - unless it's a card of one of the hockey stars of the day.

I think its from the C59 set. I don't think they sell for a whole lot. I remember a lot of 80 or so at a BIN price of $450 i think on ebay many months ago, and they weren't in bad shape.
