1918 Sam Crawford
1919 Fatty Arbuckle
1922 Jim Thorpe
1916 Swede Risberg
1933-36 Joe DiMaggio Batting
1933-36 Joe DiMaggio Throwing
1915 Fred McMullin
1916 Frank Chance

I have seen all of these cards except for the Thorpe and any Sam Crawford...If anyone has pics I would love to see them.

Just to add... I have seen an example of every card listed in this thread, (even the 1918 Crawford), at least once. I have NEVER seen the 1920 Crawford.

What is the story with the Bohen, and Yellowhorse cards?

I don't remember the story with Bohen exactly. The Yellowhorse is popular primarily because he was Native American and the card seems to be scarce. The Yellowhorse is one of the key cards in the 1923 set along with Waner.

Add George Johnson/Johnston to your list of Ethnic. He was full blooded Indian. Played for the Nebraska Indians, Cincinnati Reds and Kansas City in the Federal League.

I googled up the Bohen card and found that it was pulled very early in the run in 1911 because he had not signed with a team yet. Just one of the rare cards.

The Halla is just one of those really neat poses that a lot of collectors like. Not too many horizontals in the set... maybe that's the answer... it's the only horizontal...
