Although this auction isn't over, I am puzzled.

First, is this item authentic? (seller's feedback below 99% doesn't inspire confidence)

Second, it was first listed with an opening bid of $59 and ended with no bids and no sale:

Bought the same type item ("Home Run Cigarettes")from different seller, several months ago. Thought it was old when I bought it, obviously not when received. But, for only $20, it looks good hanging in my office.
