I think he has made all of the proper disclosures regarding its lack of authenticity. IMO this cannot really be considered a "scam".

If you do that and indicate clearly in the description that it is not original then there is no scam.

Sorry, but I don't see the scam here either. He clearly indicates the item is not original. It's not something I would ever want, but I don't see any dishonesty. Also, what's wrong with the "ME" page? So he deals in shiny new stuff-- doesn't appeal to me, but does it automatically make him a sleaze? Don't think so.

This board is great for calling out true scam artists, but I don't see how crying wolf in a case like this one helps our reputation.
