Since I learned how to read recently I have been scouring some old publications about the hobby. I "thought" I had a complete back set, of M101-4's and 5's until now....(drats). This was in The Old Judge by Lew Lipset of Oct. 1987.....Lew certainly has done more for the hobby than most....best regards.."another frustrated set collector".... |

Who says Minnesota is cold? I have coconut trees and banana trees flourishing in my back yard. Parrots and elephants thriving. I wish..... I hit on some Dizzy Dean material in an antique store in southern Minn. Tuesday afternoon. Mid thirties. I don't collect him, but couldn't pass them up. Neat stough. Never know what lurks out there in the hinterlands... |

Famous & Barr backs can also be on the list of M101-4 cards as is evidenced by Leon's #9 Baker card. |

Leon, you should track down Lee Temanson. He may have an interest in selling his card. |
