I usually take a small binder of cards with me. I wonder if there would be a market for cards that have been to the North Pole. I always take a Paul Hines with me (you know so Great-Great-Grand Uncle can look out for me) and then if I have any new pick-ups right when we sail or after we head out they get to come along as well. It is nice to look at those cards and imagine myself sitting in a ball park watching a game as opposed to freezing to death standing on the flight deck waving in helo's. (Funny how much power and nostalgia are contained in a tiny piece of cardboard!) |
