I won a group of 12 Pirates cards from Scott Gaynor & Co. recently and was wondering if anyone knows the origin. They came from a sheet and are now postcard-sized. Are there more, when were they printed, who's missing, etc? |

Nice pickup Bill. It's the first time that I have seen this issue. What I find interesting is that George Gibson was frequently called George "Moon" Gibson. However, with this issue he is referred to as George "Hack" Gibson, which I'm sure is a shot at his not so good eye as a hitter. |

Hi Bill, They look like the 'glossy page' photos from the pre-1910 Spalding Guides. They seem to be almost the same size, but trimmed a little - are they the same stock? |
