How can it be that the market is sufficiently thick to support

all of the continually on going auctions of pre-war through 1960 material (including eBay); yet is too thin to support a price guide which only includes this range of interest?

How many price guides do you think would be sold if only pre-1960 cards and related collectables were included? I have heard estimates as low as 2000.

I would settle for a record of ebay auctions of pre-war cards that had some sort of search feature like ebay.
