Default Un-Cat Clement Bread cards..

Posted By: Jim Clarke

I just got in some Un-Cat 1910 D380 Clement Bread Cards. After reading the book on these, I noticed it says the set of (15) includes the Rochester Players and they added 7 Pro Players to this set in 1910 from 1909. After seeing these cards, I would have to believe that there are about 12-15 Rochester players (entire team) and who knows how many pro-players in this set? Maybe every E90-1 or e92 card has a counter part in the D380 series? Does anyone know or have opinions on this? Maybe people have Un-cat cards in their collection but do not want to come forward with it. I would be curious if there are any more out there like these? JC

my guess is 8. as you will see they are all St. Louis players, so they are part of the group that can be found with Nadja's in the E92 set. See Lew's candy card book for more details

I have 1 or two more un-cat cards but do not want to share them as to yet. I have found out that Rochester was the minor league team for St. Louis from someone? I have not confirmed that yet... But makes sence to me that they would do St. Louis, Rochester, and 7 HOFers.

JC,
I definitely agree with Scott. Nadja was a Missouri based company.
Bailey is already catalogued. You listed Hartzell, Stone, and Howell.
Are the other cards that you found Wallace and Phelps?

Isn't there another candy/bread St.Louis/Rochester (nadja/Rochester baking co.)connection with e104/d359?

Robert
