This is close enough for govt work as far as the year of the card and this board. I don't know the series that well so will defer to other more knowledgable folks on the board ....best regards |

Cards are usually in these types of holders for one of two reasons, the card is no good, or it is badly overgraded. Once in a blue moon could you get a bargain? Sure, anything is possible. |
