Not only are the corners shady, but they are very similarly shady on both cards. Not trying to disparage anyone or imply anything about the seller, just noticing the similarities.

I never understand why someone would sell such well known cards as this Cobb and Ruth without having them graded? It eliminates questions (or at least that is the goal of having a card graded).
I love the response to the question "how do you know these are real?"
"They are guaranteed. Thanks."
What type of guarantee? Money back? How long do you have to return the card? I would definately make a request for a more definate statement.

OK, well I guess I'm not as smart as I thought . I didn't catch anything wrong with the backs. Shoot.

But for the corners, it kind of cracked me up that not only were they cut, but also that both cards looked like they were cut the same way - all four corners are close matches for angle, length, etc between the two cards. Like.... takes too long to cut one card at a time. Here, let me just stack them and I can take care of these corners much quicker.

That part really got me!

I emailed the seller, apparently he/she has a person who own these cards for 40 years "apparently" and said they are authentic. i think its a load of bull. as some members here have said they are exactly cut the same. i dont care who you are, but the odds of that happening slim to known.who ever buys them should get them graded. see if we are wrong...
