Earl Averill Salutation Question

I could use a little help with the back of the card from this scan it just doesn`t look right to me.It looks sort of grayish not the Tan color I am used to.I would like to purchase it but obviously I am not going to be interested if it is a reprint.Thanks in advance for any help!
