1939 Play Ball samples

Just wondering if anyone knew if these sample cards were very scarce. I'd never seen one until I found this one at a card store (yes there still is such a thing!)

The Playball sample overprints are not rare, but are limited.

What David said. They also only appear on first series cards and only on the ones with "All Caps" names on the back.
