C'mon. 10 days...7 days, sure. But, 3 days is not enough time in most cases even if you mail it the same day.

it also violates ebay's policy. You have 3 days to make contact, not make payment. I guess you could email the seller and tell him you sned him payment in 3 days if he has a FedEx or similar type account to make sure it gets there within his time limit.
