Nothing appears snarky about this card--it is minus the coupon, as are most existing Zeenuts, and is in typical lower to mid grade shape. It is not rarer than any other card in the 1930 set, which is one of the more common years, just very popular amongst the Jewish collecting crowd. |

$600 is nuts--$100 is nuts to me, but at least understandable. Probably just a couple of Jewish player collectors duking it out on a card that is more difficult to obtain than, for example, a 1933 Goudey of Andy Cohen (Jewish, correct?). But people, Harry Rosenberg is no Hank Greenberg, and only those looking to have all available cards of Jewish players would even consider bidding this ridiculous amount. |
