I don't take any credit for this. After reading what josh said, i have taken my secondary business account (formerly itailers_outpost) and changed the id to cars4hurricane relief (i screwed up) but we are having the nane changed to cards4hurricane relief...... i am talking with Mission fish right now about the rest of the information....ALL THE PROCEEDS ARE GOING TO HURRICANE RELIEF.... all will be auctioned off on ebay.....let me know if you feel like donating:

I'm brand new to collecting so I don't have any extra pre-war stuff available, but could other items go into this charitable cause that are either (later) baseball or non-baseball collectibles? I think this is a great idea and is a nice thing to do. I just wish I had some stuff that fits into the topic of this forum. I have some 18th century prints that I would be willing to donate to the cause.

Absolutely, the more the marrier (spelling??) I have already contacted Joe Orlando, the guys at SGC, and Howard Kent at GAI. I've talked with ebay and giving works, and will be chatting with the Am. Red Cross.

I think this is a great idea. I do want to keep it tidy in one thread. With that being said I am going to lock this one...not out of censorship but to keep some order. I will be donating something to the cause too....just gotta figure out what. Great idea though.....and obviously will be appreciated...thanks again...and of course this issue stays on the main forum....c'mon.....I ain't that mean
