They disable the right click so that the image can't be "borrowed". There still is a way to borrow the image, but it escapes me at the moment. |

do 'print screen', go to microsoft word or another program and do past or CTRL-V and it'll paste an image of the WHOLE screen in. Then just crop down and save the image. No image is REALLY 'safe' out there......... |

Disabling right click does nothing to prevent con artists. The real con artists with a modicum of tech sensibility can easily view the link in the code or simply capture a screenshot and save the new image. I never understood why these sites offer right click disabling without hiding the image URL in the code... |
