Mystery solved. I compared the Bill Terry art that I recently bought and was told was an Exhibit phantom card to the W517 Terry. It is the same image and if you look at the art closely, there is a discoloration exactly where the circular #23 on the card should be. Looks like a sticker fell off the art. You can see the W517 and the art side by side on my "Interesting Exhibit Cards" site |
