I am not an expert but it looks real enough to me and looks like it grades VG to VG-EX.

spend the few bucks to get it graded/authenticated to bring in lots more $ than ungraded....

Without the red ink showing on the back, I'd strongly suggest getting it graded if you plan on selling. Without the red wet sheet/bleed, authenticity is always a question and getting it slabbed will ease people's minds. nice looking card if it is legit.
