PSA submisson voucher

In reading the thread about undersized cards I remembered that I had a card returned to me by PSA for that reason along with a voucher for a free submission. I don't have any intention of using the thing, but as long as I have it I was wondering if it's valid only for me or if I could put it up on ebay and get a few dollars for it. It does not explicitly state on the voucher that no one else may use it, but my name has been handwritten on it by someone at PSA. Anyone know the rules for these?
